very easy to order very good product delivered on time on the day and time i requested . i can recommend to all my friends and family

I’ve had this machine a month now, and actually if I could go back in time I’d pick something else. In particular: - Very noisy on wash cycles. I have it in my kitchen, and it’s frustrating to be so noisy compared to my previous machine - Build quality a bit iffy. Looks nice but draw, door, control knob all feel loose/wobbly and made of cheap plastic that’ll look very tired after a couple of years -Annoying habit of increasing the wash cycle length AFTER starting. It’s just plain poor design by Hoover and it means I’ve often put a wash on that should finish ten minutes before I need to leave, only to find it’s added another twenty minutes so the clothes will sit in the machine all day :-( My old AEG would always show the longest possible time and reduce it if it could, which works much better in practice - Poor instructions that don’t explain some of the control panel On the plus side the drying is better than I expected, but for me the above issues are extremely vexing. I haven’t tried the WiFi functionality and I can’t think of a way it would be useful…

Quite, efficient and a magical installation

Pretty good, not used all the features yet, but seems easy to use dumb or smart.

Quiet, good selection of controls and ability to alter specifics as needed, looks good. Need to make sure you press the touch-buttons at the right angle for them to register, but overall very happy. Plays a jolly little tune to say goodbye when you turn it off :)

Great dryer capability - you can either add it to your wash cycle or do it separately. Overall it's a great machine - the cycles are normal time; lots of flexibility in programmes. One down side - if you read some of the reviews, the touch buttons are hard to activate... you spend quite some time working out where to touch them so they work! And yes the instructions are written badly but you'll get there! And I don't use the wi-fi option (why on earth would you??)

Easy to set up and reliable.

A quiet running lovely machine. Caught up with all the washing with no problems. Easy and straightforward to use.
