Quiet operation. WiFi setup was a faff but worth it. One of the better washer dryers I’ve used.

The build quality of this machine is not what I would have expected. The control dial is wobbly and not the best, but is the same on all the machines, as an AO installer advised me. The touchscreen is temperamental, not too bad when using it for quick touch, but not when having to hold it for 3 seconds or more. They are also not in sequence, very confusing. Connection to wifi is very tricky due to the touchscreen. The manual isn't great. The spin cycles are very noisy, the 1000 and 1400 are especially bad. Regret getting rid of my beloved Bosch washing machine to purchase this washer dryer

Great Washer/Dryer especially the WiFi connectivity. Purchased for my elderly father and it allows me to start and monitor his washing via my phone. Didn't get full 5* as it can be a bit noisy when getting up to full spin and some Eco programes can take 6 hours to complete.

The noisiest machine I’ve ever known, I thought the house was being shook by an earthquake and it sounded like a plane taking off, . The start button needs pressing for ages for anything to start, to be honest a bad choice of washer, not what I expected at all from hover, it’s also very complicated to use. As a positive, it save me buying a massage chair fir my living room, not that I wanted one, but all I have to do is sit in my chair and when the spin comes on every chair in the house because a strong massage chair.

Purchased this to replace our three year old appliance and am very happy with the product. I would say that the comments around noise and the button(less) single dial interface is very much what I expected and have done in the 10 years using washer dryer combos. My only negatives is that that my first delivery was a defect (metal ball bearing sound in drum), this was replaced next day by AO and the auto dispenser openings are on the small side where detergent can take time to go down. Other than that, the washer dryer is sturdy, quiet in comparison to other purchases and all of smart features which can link up to Alexa, what’s not to love?

Very quiet. Good selection of quick washes. Works well with phone app to remind you of maintenance, finished cycle, to refill detergent, etc. Great capacity, making life much easier. Also dries really well, which was a concern moving to a combined washer dryer. Everything has come out nice and dry. It is more complex to use than most, so takes a bit of getting used to.

Nice product, easy to install and easy to understand instructions. Big drum and leaves clothes fresh.

The washing machine works very well, the drying function takes quite a lot of time and it has quite a lot of functions that make it complicated to operate but in general is a good machine
