Works well, simple programming , fairly quiet and looks good (with a matching washer unit). Very effective as a dryer, much better than washer/dryer I had previously

As always with a.o appliance’s, it’s an effortless shopping experience from start to finish. I always choose Hotpoint products as I find they are of a high manufacturing quality and also last for well over 10 years. This product was no exception, easy to install and operate and a lot quicker drying cycle than my previous model. Would highly recommend.

Good dryer

Love the fact it has a 15 min quick wash. Wash & spin is great, not too noisy and looks great. GVFM

Easy to use and does the job it was bought for. Many options for different fabrics, just read the booklet that comes with the machine, then you can't go wrong. It is brilliant Mrs G. V. Barnett

Really pleased with it initially. Less than 4 weeks later, it packed up - no error messages and all seems fine until you press start…… the button produces a beep and then nothing happens. Contacted the Hotpoint service line who were really primarily interested in flogging me additional insurance but have an engineer visit tomorrow - and suspect we will be contacting AO to arrange a replacement by this time tomorrow. We may just have been unlucky and it may just be a simple fix but…… these things shouldn’t happen.
