Good dryer

Great delivery and amazing product. I have both the hotpoint tumble dryer and washing machine both in graphite. Never had any problems

Love this condenser. So much better than my last one. Quiet and the love how the water container is at the top of the machine. Would highly recommend

Lovely tumble drier, if only it had adjustable feet It's sitting by our washer like the leaning tower of pisa, I did find two pieces of wood in the packaging it must be to put under the feet.

Broke down after 5 months and you have to accept that if they come out to repair it under warranty and they decide it is your fault they will charge you £140. Very unhappy. Our old tumble drier was a Beko and ran for over 9 years with out any issues whatsoever, it got sold along with the house when we moved. Never buying from Hotpoint/Indesit/Whirlpool again.

The first Drier I purchased the door fell off as I unpacked it. Thankfully AO's customer service is excellent and this was replaced within days. Unfortunately 2 weeks later the new drier developed an electrical fault and Hotpoint could not fix it. So AO again replaced it I chose not to go with Hotpoint again as I have lost confidence after replacing 2 driers in 3 weeks. But full credit to AO who have a great customer service.

a great machine could not be without in the English climate

First tumble dryer we have bought in 15 years after moving in to a property that can accommodate it! Superb drier, don't know how we have lived without it!
