Lasted less than a month!

Really pleased with it initially. Less than 4 weeks later, it packed up - no error messages and all seems fine until you press start…… the button produces a beep and then nothing happens.
Contacted the Hotpoint service line who were really primarily interested in flogging me additional insurance but have an engineer visit tomorrow - and suspect we will be contacting AO to arrange a replacement by this time tomorrow.
We may just have been unlucky and it may just be a simple fix but…… these things shouldn’t happen.
