Really pleased with it initially. Less than 4 weeks later, it packed up - no error messages and all seems fine until you press start…… the button produces a beep and then nothing happens. Contacted the Hotpoint service line who were really primarily interested in flogging me additional insurance but have an engineer visit tomorrow - and suspect we will be contacting AO to arrange a replacement by this time tomorrow. We may just have been unlucky and it may just be a simple fix but…… these things shouldn’t happen.

Broke down after 5 months and you have to accept that if they come out to repair it under warranty and they decide it is your fault they will charge you £140. Very unhappy. Our old tumble drier was a Beko and ran for over 9 years with out any issues whatsoever, it got sold along with the house when we moved. Never buying from Hotpoint/Indesit/Whirlpool again.

The first Drier I purchased the door fell off as I unpacked it. Thankfully AO's customer service is excellent and this was replaced within days. Unfortunately 2 weeks later the new drier developed an electrical fault and Hotpoint could not fix it. So AO again replaced it I chose not to go with Hotpoint again as I have lost confidence after replacing 2 driers in 3 weeks. But full credit to AO who have a great customer service.

Brought this product used it for a day and noticed after 4 hours was still not drying clothes, also the pre set timers are ridiculously long. Ended up returning and buying a new one through AO

a nice tumble drier but there are no feet to adjust the level also being a condenser it takes a lot longer than a vented one to dry

Tumble dryer is good, still getting used to it, all the timings for different things, is a Hotpoint condenser dryer, does the job well.

Bought this to replace an old non-condensing Dryer. Has to be set to macimum drying setting to get everything dry properly. The water container is at waste height which is a good idea but is the full depth of the dryer and can be quite heavy after drying a full load.

Great, apart from the feet, they are a fixed piece of hard plastic that you can’t adjust, so if you have an uneven floor it will rock. Apart from this it seems great
