Great purchase so far, a must have

Does the job and is very cheap to run. Only criticism is the lack of decent instructions, using this the first few times felt like an intelligence test. Plugs in and works. Plumbing not necessary.

Fantastic tumble dryer. Replaced a Blomberg Condenser dryer with this. Upon delivery I found the controls minimal which was a surprise. But once you switch it on a d turn the dial, the LCD display gives a hosts of different settings. The mobile app is also fantastic as it tells you exactly how the drying is going and sends you a notification when the drying is complete. A+++ rated which is a godsend to me as we use the dryer twice daily. Backed 5 year parts and labour warranty from Samsung, I am really pleased with the purchase. Excellent service as always from AO.

Excellent V smooth and get guys who delivered

Smart looking appliance and easy to install. The water filter is easy to empty and it’s a very quiet machine which is good as it backs onto a wall that is shared with our living room. The user interface is easy to use. Even get a little jingle at the end to tell you your dry is done! Highest energy efficiency appliance we could find as well

Fantastic dryer can not fault it but the usage instruction were double Dutch. A night mare to try to understand. Stupid little pictures and not alot of actual words. I almost asked my neighbours 5 year old grandson in to help me make sense of them.

Not had this aapliance long but as many have stated these types of dryers do take longer than my previous vented dryer. Generally finished in much less time then the 2hrs 30mins scheduled for and that is prob because we dont over fill the dryer as its 9kg. clothes completly dry and had no issues at all with the programmes and settings and works great. Connected easily to the app on my phone. Easy to connect to the drain but the fitting provided doesnt fit a standard hose drain connection.
