Disappointing dryer - wraps drying into a ball

Service and delivery from AO was excellent. The dryer is very disappointing as it seems to wrap washing into a ball, particularly bed linen. Any items that have drawstrings such as shorts and jogging bottoms end up with the drawstring being completely tangled. I don’t think this dryer has reverse drying which causes the problem. I would not recommend this model.

Great team from order to delivery and install.
Delivery team were so excited to tell me that my tumble dryer had a rack that can be fitted to place trainers on so do not clunk around when drying, or you can put delicate jumpers on it to avoid misshaping happening, that was before they even unpacked it.
It’s so refreshing to see such excitement when doing their job.
I wish I was that happy in my job !
