A little expensive, but you get what you pay for. It's quiet, reliable, quicker than I thought a heat pump dryer would be, easy to install and operate, and does a great job, particularly with wooden and delicates that I would never have taken near a tumble dryer! Would I choose the same model if I were buying again? Definitely! Would I recommend it? Absolutely!!

The outside drying cycle is amazing, no longer do I have uncomfortable stiff towels and shirts. Reduced ironing cycle is another major benefit. Music tells me when it's finished so the contents are not creasing up in the bottom of the tub. Not having a vent tube means for the first time I won't have freezing air coming into the house this winter down venting hose. As you can see I just love this dryer and I have not even scratched the surface of its benefits. I can't help thinking that for once this dryer was designed by women.

Great product and superb service

A great tumble dryer. Very economical to use with the additional heat pump reducing the need to use the heating elements and saving on electricity. All done automatically, of course. If there is a gripe that if you have a Samsung washing machine, they both use the same sounds, so you do not know whether it's the washer or the dryer that is informing you of completion, etc.

I have the previous version of this Tumble Drier, which has lasted about 7 years and been very reliable. Even though I compared this model with other makes, it still came out best for our family. Therefore, I was happy to purchase it again. The Quickwash programme is great for items that are lightly soiled, towels and clothes that need a refresh.

Fantastic dryer it not only looks sleek but it’s quiet and does not use as much energy as my previous noisy condenser dryer. The quick dry function is great when washing has been on the line and just needs finishing off and softened up. Being a pet owner the extra little lint catcher inside the large one really helps with the cat hair and this machine seems to remove every last one so an all round great machine which I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.
