Bought this after using a washer dryer for years. The difference in drying performance and times is unbelievable. Far better than expectations and much better than any previous tumble dryers I've owned. The sensors seem to get the drying time perfect and the reduce creases option works a treat on school uniforms!! Easy to install and I would recommend using the drain option if you can for convenience

Bigger and quieter than I thought it would be. Have a Samsung ecobubble washer which was repaired 3yrs after purchase with no squabbles whatsoever. Happy my new dryer has the same 5 year guarantee.

This is the best dryer I have ever bought (and I have had more than a few), it drys the clothes perfectly every time and is very efficient

absolutely awful. My first wash load was bedding, normally takes 60 minutes in my old dryer with a 6kg drum, this is an 8kg drum and same amount of bedding took 4.5 hours. Said 2.5 hours when it started, I went out shopping, came back after 2.5 hours and still had 2 hours on the clock. I was told it would take a little longer but that is ridiculous.

Brilliant - easy to use.

Fantastic product and really impressed with the overall customer experience. Had a few questions and the Customer Service Team (Holly & Rob) were absolutely brilliant. Item is better than the photos and drying times very quick without getting too hot. Tank needs emptying after 2-3 loads but has an adapter pipe facility to put with the washing machine drain pipe so no need to empty the tank in future. Excellent build quality and looks with the performance to match (sound like a previous review about myself from online dating??). 5*****
