Great product very easy to use and super service

Very well built, quieter than expected and works just as well as a vented dryer, admittedly it’s not had a full load yet but so far it’s been great, incredibly handy that it can be located wherever we want.

This is a great machine, bought two, one in white for my mum and one in graphite for myself. Both colours are very smart and modern looking. Machines are easy to use. Takes a tad longer to dry clothes perhaps due to the technology but it’s superbly efficient, which negates this in my opinion. Not had a heat pump prior to this- it’s not loud but not as quiet as I perhaps expected. Makes a very high whistling noise as it dries, which I think is the mechanism. No great concerns. Overall I think it’s a great machine so far with a brilliant guarantee.

Great machine. I like that it matches my Samsung phone asking machine which it sits on top of. Drys towels without having to wait hours. Have already recommend it to a colleague who is about to place an order.

I have the previous version of this Tumble Drier, which has lasted about 7 years and been very reliable. Even though I compared this model with other makes, it still came out best for our family. Therefore, I was happy to purchase it again. The Quickwash programme is great for items that are lightly soiled, towels and clothes that need a refresh.
