Absolutely fantastic fridge/freezer, the water & ice functions are excellent and will be well worth it in the summer. All of the parts feel of high quality and well made, loads of space, can't recommend enough

Once you understand the process it is brilliant. Leave it on cotton ( ignore the 3 hours!) The dryer senses the dampness of the clothes and adjusts the time to dry. Unlike ordinary dryers DO NOT open the door to check as this restarts the dryer again.once you do this it spot on. Nothing to dislike.

Superb machine to replace our 14 year old condensing drier. We like the projected running costs heat pump is the way to go. We also like the 5 year guarantee offered by Samsung when you register the product. Like the light inside the drum. It sits well beside our 6 year old Samsung washing machine.

This is a great looking machine. It is quieter than our outgoing machine and the drying capabilities are better than we could ever have expected. Our choice of moving from a condenser to heat pump drier was the right move, even with the slight increase in cost. The large double lined lint collector does great job, as does the water collector with it's large volume capacity. The cheery jingle once the cycle is finished brings a smile to adults and children alike (as silly as that may sound) From unpacking to first use was less than 5 mins

Superb! Its both quieter and faster than my 8 year old Bosch condenser dryer. The wool setting is perfect, a full cotton load is done in 1hr 40. The drum light is so useful and the water level indicator on the water drawer is such a great idea. I can't recommend this dryer enough. Plus its got a 5 year warranty!!

THIS TUMBLE DRYER IS EXCELLENT IT USES A LOT LESS ELECTRICITY AS IT'S NOT PUMPING HOT AIR TO OUTSIDE. THE DRYER RETAINS THE HEAT IN THE DRUM AND REMOVES THE MOISTURE BUY SENDING THE DAMP AIR THROUGH A DEHUMIDIFIER. AO IS ALSO A BRILLIANT COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS WITH FROM MY FIRST PHONE CALL TO THEIR CALL CENTRE I SPOKE TO HAZRA WHO WAS VERY PLEASANT ON THE PHONE AND TOLD ME ALL ABOUT THE EXTENDED WARRANTY THAT AO HAVE AVAILABLE. THE DELIVERY WAS VERY QUICK BY TWO MEN WHO WERE VERY PLEASANT. WILL ALWAYS CHOOSE AO. COM

Fantastic product and really impressed with the overall customer experience. Had a few questions and the Customer Service Team (Holly & Rob) were absolutely brilliant. Item is better than the photos and drying times very quick without getting too hot. Tank needs emptying after 2-3 loads but has an adapter pipe facility to put with the washing machine drain pipe so no need to empty the tank in future. Excellent build quality and looks with the performance to match (sound like a previous review about myself from online dating??). 5*****

Seems to be good but looks a little cheap - the drawer for the washing liquid etc. doesn’t align properly and looks like it’s always open.
