Great product, easy to install. Came with optional direct drain pipe (which I hadn't realised came with it) it has a good range of timed programmes, as well as the option to just dry for a set time.

It dries much quicker, and therefore costs less for electricity, than my previous tumble dryer. It doesn’t require a pipe being attached to an external wall, and it’s easy to empty the water that was removed from the wet clothes. It senses how much water is left in the clothes, so it leaves them dry enough to be put straight into your drawers or wardrobe but not too dry that means everything needs to be ironed… it’s not the quietest tumble dryer I’ve heard, but if you shut the utility room door behind you it’s quiet enough, and the room won’t steam up as the dryer keeps all the condensation within the machine.

Brilliant tumble drier. Has lots of space for bigger families and gets clothes completely dry.

The dryer is easy to understand, the reason for the 3 star, lint from the basket gather up around the rubber around the dryer door and on the inside of the glass door. I don’t think that should be happening Beko need to sort out that problem as taking out the cloth from the dryer lint is getting back on to the dry clean cloth. It’s a little noisy I can stay in my bedroom upstairs and hear it loud down stairs other than those issue it’s a good dryer very big drum for a 9kg. Hope I don’t incurred any other issues later in the months to come.

Bought this Beko heat pump dryer, best buy ever, loads of settings, does not get hot on top of the dryer, dries really quick, don't have to empty water tank because you have the choice to put the pipe down the drain like washing machines, and my husband did this for me, great to have a choice. Also used different setting already, and noticed none of the clothes, towels or bedding don't need ironing. Super happy with this machine. ????

Very impressed with this product. Previously had a condenser dryer and this is the first Heat Pump dryer. Takes a bit longer to dry but so much more heat retained in the machine appears to be more efficient. Filters easy to clean.

Overall very pleased with this tumble dryer. It has a good sized drum so good capacity, is quiet when operating and has a wide range of programmes to choose from. Easy to use and easy to empty the water from. Only problem is quite often the clothes come out quite creased.

Really good , light in drum nice touch and doesn’t take long to dry
