    Beware

    2/5
The performance of the dryer is great. However the filter, as mentioned by some other customers is not suitable at all. There is a two filter system, but the fluff gets through both of them and enters into the heating element potentially causing a fire in the future. I am currently monitoring this and will be contacting AO and the manufacturer at some point. The seal is not suitable and I’ve had to Hoover out a load of fluff from inside.

Beware the ambient temperature requirements for heat pump dryers

    3/5
The product itself is probably fine, I didn't really get to try it out properly, but be aware that heat pump dryers do not work in cold rooms. If you are intending to put the dryer in a garage or unheated utility room it simply will not work. The heat pump requires an ambient temperature in excess of 10C to work at all and works best at even higher ambient temperatures (otherwise look forward to drying times well in excess of 3h even for a medium load). I swapped this for an equivalent non heat-pump dryer from Beko that I'm delighted with (working well in a cold room).

First beko and not the last

    5/5
Arrived absolutely on time as described. Been using it for a week. Runs quietly with no vibration. Several straight forward settings on the control panel which is easy to operate. Large door opening and the drum light is useful. The fluff collector is easy to remove and clean. The water collector is also easy to remove and empty. Importantly it dries the things I’ve put in it. My impressions up to now are that it is an excellent piece of kit, solid, and really good vfm. I definitely recommend this beko and it’s the first beko I’ve had and will now be looking at a beko washer.

Nice Machine - Low Energy Use - Clothes Not Dry

    2/5
Energy consumption is incredible compared to a condenser dryer, by that, I mean in terms of how little it uses. The downside is, clothes don’t seem to come out completely dry. To add some context, if we put 2 large bath towels in it, we run it on the synthetics cycle, with the level 3 setting in dryness. This takes 1 hour 31 minutes for the cycle, and for the towels to end up near enough dry, it takes 2 whole cycles. Nice machine, but this doesn’t seem to work as we’d have hoped. Wish we’d have gone for a condenser as opposed to heat pump

    Great little dryer

    5/5
I think its a great dryer, had no problems so far. all my clothes & towles come out soft and fluffy and well dryed. It has a good short cycle as well. One thing to keep an eye on is the water container, it does fill up fast, (5 large towels straight from the washing machine on a level 3 towel dry will just about fill it) but you do have options to plumb into mains. All in all fab product.

    Quiet and effective

    4/5
Heavier than expected but solid. Drying time is pretty good, feels longer than last condensing dryer, but am using the eco option and that’ll help my bank account and environment. there’s a strange setting to allow a ‘level of dryness’ change. Overall is quiet, good capacity and drys well.

    Heat pump

    5/5
The tumble drier is easy to use. Haven't had a heat pump model before but would recommend. Significantly less condensation generated. Love that the water reservoir is at the top and the fluff collector is easy to clean.

    Good for the price

    4/5
Seems to work well. The drying time doesn't take as long as indicated in the manual. If you mix fabrics there is a chance some can come out still damp, for example in a load of cottons we did everything was dry except one particular bed sheet. Some of the plastic parts seem flimsy, like the door and the lint filter. We also have the condenser hooked up to the waste pipe, so no need to empty a container. Overall though, for the price we're pretty satisfied.
