We bought this unit because of its reverse tumble feature which means the clothes do not end up in a screwed up ball

I am so pleased I bought this Beko heat pump drier. I am a massage therapist and have a lot of towels to wash everyday - the drum is big, so I can fit lots of them in and they dry brilliantly on the extra dry setting. Lots of the reviews say it takes much longer, but I had a really old drier before which I had to run probably 3 times to get the towels dry anyway, so it's no difference to me. It's perfect to put on at night - I wake up to soft, dry towels. The light inside the drum is really cool feature too!

Dries items well. Has different settings for dryness levels. Reverse action so sheets don't tumble into a tight ball like they did in my previous tumble drier. Doesn't take as long as it first suggests when turned on. Very pleased with the product so far but I haven't tried all the settings yet.

Looks good and quiet too. Only a 4 star as the cycles are longer than my old dryer, but as it’s a lot more economical I’ll stand that. Cycles start with the maximum time but so far have all been completed a lot quicker.

This Beco Heatpump Dryer has lived up to expectations, it does take a little longer, but it dries cloths very well. The drum light is also good as is the efficency of water extraction with the air is a lot less humid than the previous Dryer. Overall so far so good, a bit disappointed it is a 1 year guarantee on parts with labour, only a 10 year guarantee on parts it is the labour cost that is most expensive, I would expect Beco to have the confidence to do a 2 year guarantee

So fairly decent price with loads of whistles and bells. I like it and it does what it says on the description...great !

OMG I love it !! I researched heat pump tumble dryers and decided to go for it after having a normal condenser dryer... I am so happy I made this choice as my clothes dry so much quicker and come out far less crinkled !!! Very quiet machine too and loving the light that switches on when I pop the clothes/my hand in which makes it a lot easier to see those stray socks !!!

I could watch Dylan all day. Works very hard, very committed and yet to make a squeak about long hours for little reward. Drying cycles do take a few hours but I'm reluctant to take this up with Dylan. I don't want to hurt his creasings.
