Firstly, as per other reviews, the instructions are a little ambiguous at times but perseverance is key. Bought this oven to replace my previous AEG specifically for the digital LED display as really loved the look without the knobs! It has a few differences and modifications but all an improvement. It is really easy to use but a bit daunting at first sight. For example, to turn off a single oven when both are in use - you simply need to select and display which oven you wish to turn off then press and hold the "options" [square box] of the display and this switches the oven off. It does however still appear on the display until it has cooled down and this did make me unsure at first as to whether I had actually turned the oven off. Due to shelf style i.e the curved edges, if you need to slide items on with ease then place on a shelf with the telescopic runners to simply slide the self out and then place directly onto the shelf without spillage. Great item - I love it.

There are features on this oven that I will probably never use. But I chose this model because of the sleek looking touch controls. It definitely looks great and i'd recommend this model on looks alone. The good news is that it works great too. It gets up to temperature quickly and cooks perfectly. My only negative point is that it needs a shelf in the top oven. It only comes with the two in the lower oven and there doesn't appear to be an option to buy another. Overall it's a great oven and you won't be disappointed. Note: the instructions don't say how to turn off one of the ovens if you want to leave the other one on. Just select the oven you want off, the press the 'square' button.

Our old Bosch oven was at least 15 years old and was starting to show it's age with sagging seals. This new AEG oven seems great after a week of using it. It heats up very quickly and cooks really evenly. The controls take a bit of getting used to, but it is worth the effort. Despite some reviewers saying it is not possible to turn only one oven off if you are using both, this is incorrect. You just select which oven you want to turn off and press the square button for a second. The only negative thing I can think of is that the timer alarm is fairly quiet and I can't see any way to make it louder.

Looks really good in our kitchen All the facilities we wanted are there, especially being able to independently set , control and monitor each oven. The grills are so much better than our old one that we burnt stuff until we got used to it. Cons; minor; the control panel picks up greasy finger prints and can be a little difficult to use in some lighting situation. Altogether a good purchase.

Bought this to replace beloved Neff double oven that would cost too much to repair. Good build quality and looks really good. I like the digital display and touch controls. You need to experiment with these controls to get use to them as the manual is not great. So far it has performed well and is quiet. Rapid heat up much quicker than my old oven. The cavities are slightly smaller so my large oven pans don’t fit. Agree with other comments on the stiffness of doors but not really a problem. All in all I am pleased with the oven so far.

Quality product well made and well insulated. Easy to use with lots of features to make operation quick and easy.

Disappointed that the main controls are not backlit so rather difficult to see. Rather difficult controls because no immediate response. Audible warning/timer too quiet.

Very smart oven which is a replacement for a previous version which finally breathed its last. Love the touch panel operation, but as other reviewers have stated previously, we had to pretty much work it out for ourselves as the instruction booklet was almost gibberish. And I'm an electronics engineer! Only supplying two shelves as standard seemed a bit miserly considering this is an £800 oven. Other than these gripes the oven is brilliant in operation.
