    Lasted a year - avoid!!

    1/5
Purchased January 2022, fitted end April 2022 along with rest of new kitchen. Stopped working within a year. 'Out of warranty' as we purchased in January and want to charge us more to repair it than we paid. Waste of money and appalling customer service from all parties. Avoid!

    Cooker hood troubles

    1/5
Says on site suitable for outside venting but product came lacking v-flap to stop draught entering room from outside. Got in touch with manufacturer to get part sent to remedy issue. First part that came was nothing like required part. Waiting for required part after second conversation. Product works fine as did similar product purchased previously just need this missing part. This comes, happy customer

    Disappointed

    2/5
Installed a week ago, worked for a day! Not working, taken 10 days just to get an engineer appointment! Hope it will work once he's been!

    Disappointed with the technician department

    3/5
The chimney cooker took 1 months to arrive. I was disappointed when I called asking for a technician as my older chimney extracttor fan stopped working and they were charging almost the same money for fixing it than if I was buying a new one. It would be better if they have a cheaper service for fixing things.

    Does what it needs to.

Looks good, but a bit loud and the lowest setting came broken.

Noisy fan and no carbon filter capability.

    3/5
Carbon filters are not included and manual shows an old shape carbon filter (type S1) being retro-fitted to the ends of the motor/fan unit (as in the earlier version of this hood which I had). But the ends are different and this is not possible on the present version. The fan is noisy, and as in the previous version it is mounted at one end only - this poor mechanical design is what leads ultimately to bearing failure. The fan shaft should have a bearing at both ends to give smoother balanced rotation. and a longer life. Disappointing.

Looks great shame about the instructions!

    3/5
Looks great, but instructions are unclear and incoherent. Poorly translated? No information as to what should be in the box, is the V flap missing? Unclear what the expansion pipe is. Husband is a very able practical man, but instructions have left him baffled!

    Dreadful instructions

    3/5
Although the cooker hood itself seems to be ok, albeit a bit noisy at top speed, the instrallation instructions are woefully inadequate. There really should be a set of drilling instructions with the appropriate dimensions. As it is, you have to measure up all the bits and pieces first before marking out the walls. In addition, the inner section of the "flue" has to be supported to stop it sliding down too far when assembling the lower "flue" to the top of the hood.
