Good value, pretty much like for like replacement and easy to install.

The chimney cooker took 1 months to arrive. I was disappointed when I called asking for a technician as my older chimney extracttor fan stopped working and they were charging almost the same money for fixing it than if I was buying a new one. It would be better if they have a cheaper service for fixing things.

Purchased January 2022, fitted end April 2022 along with rest of new kitchen. Stopped working within a year. 'Out of warranty' as we purchased in January and want to charge us more to repair it than we paid. Waste of money and appalling customer service from all parties. Avoid!

Very pleased with this cookerhood....arrived well packed with no damage. As an average diy'er I found it easy to install. The instructions aren't great but it's fairly straightforward! A little noisy at highest setting, but not annoyingly so.We have a medium size, fairly open, kitchen with one large window and we immediately noticed the lack of condensation during the recent, very cold, weather. A thumbs up from us!

We needed to replace our old hood which was also a Baumatic . Not impressed that the carbon filters were not included and had to be bought separately . However the fixings supplied were correct and fairly easy to assemble and out up on the wall . Led lights are an improvement on the last model and happy with the speed settings

Very good product: stylish, efficient and not noisy. Easy to clean, just must remember to order carbon filters as they are not included in the package. Otherwise, I am very happy with the product and highly recommend.
