The service I received from ao from start to finish was spot on. The online ordering of the product was easy and once I'd ordered I was kept up to date with the dispatch and delivery of my product. The delivery itself was great and the drivers were really helpful, my product looks great and works well

This was to replace my old cooker hood which was 13 years old. This is an updated version of what I had before - the best thing is the integrated LED lighting which is a vast improvement on the old style, fiddly little bulbs. I got an extra 10% discount from AO, so the price was the best around too. Oh, yes, also got free delivery!

Although the cooker hood itself seems to be ok, albeit a bit noisy at top speed, the instrallation instructions are woefully inadequate. There really should be a set of drilling instructions with the appropriate dimensions. As it is, you have to measure up all the bits and pieces first before marking out the walls. In addition, the inner section of the "flue" has to be supported to stop it sliding down too far when assembling the lower "flue" to the top of the hood.

Purchased January 2022, fitted end April 2022 along with rest of new kitchen. Stopped working within a year. 'Out of warranty' as we purchased in January and want to charge us more to repair it than we paid. Waste of money and appalling customer service from all parties. Avoid!

Excellent value, looks smart and works well. Straight forward to install. I like the clean lines and the black finish. Also having the lighter knobs across the front is great at it means you don’t knock pan handles when you turn the gas up down or off ??
