Do Not buy this appliance, the hob itself is attractive and works well, however after a few months of use scratches appeared where we were moving the saucepans around. We bought specialist cleaner and still no joy. We approached Zanussi and got this response which leaves us with a hob that looks terrible in our new kitchen "After carefully reviewing the images provided, we would advise that the marks on the hob appear to be scratches. Sadly there are no remedies to remove scratches and as this is not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty, we will not be in a position to authorise any further assistance with this matter. Scratches are usually only cosmetically based and do not have any bearing on the performance of the appliance itself. Please do check our terms and condition of warranty."

Looks smart and does the job. Removed one star as I would prefer to have the largest rink of the back of the counter not the front.

Product great for price and has knobs on so easy to use and also due to colour of rings aware when switched on, easily installed by husband, replaced old hob and fitted perfectly. Did have to wait 2 weeks for delivery but this was probably due to living in remote part of Scotland. Website only highlighted this once payment taken . So be aware if live remotely u may get changed delivery date. Product itself for price worth the wait.

Exactly what was needed. The rotary knobs are considerably easier and quicker to use than touch controls and don't need any thought to use. They don't get switched on by accident and don't need locking to avoid accidental switching on or more that one hand to operate. Also, we were very pleased that this model had 'proper' variable thermostatic controls for all 4 rings, not just 5 or 6 position click knobs like some hobs.

Very simple to use, installed for an elderly couple who didn't want the digital or touch controls, so this is perfect. Gets hot very quick too, almost instantly.

It’s reasonable price. Although it doesn’t heat up so fast. But it does the job.
