Delivered just last week....broken !! Waiting for Zanussi engineer to arrive tomorrow sometime Rubbish attitude from AO and we are regular customers

Looks good but after having two faulty cookers delivered I still haven’t been able to use it .

The cooker looks good but now after just about 18 months within a month the seal on the top oven broke, grill stopped working and the door of the main oven fell off. An engineer stated the screw was not connected properly because the door should not have fallen off. Contacted manufacturer for a replacement screw told needs a new door at £200. Ordered part for grill twice sent part with wrong fittings. I would expect a cooker to last at least 5 years like previous cookers.

Stove functionality seems OK but spoilt by apparently poor quality control by the manufacturer. Two gas hobs failing to stay alight on a brand new stove - presumably faulty thermocouples. Twenty three day delay before Zanussi can arrange for an engineer to visit although this does include the Christmas holiday period.

I bought this cooker on the basis of the excellent reviews. Whilst the cooker is lovely I have notice day two of using it the cooker supports the enamel is already wearing thin and I can see it coming off. Not impressed. In a week it will be worn through it It’s not a cheap cooker. Otherwise a good spacious cooker

Noisey door. Gas hard to ignite.

Lovely looking cooker and so far pleased with its performance but there are a few issues I wish I had known before I purchased it: 1. You have to hold in the ignition for 15 seconds when lighting the ovens - worried about the starter failing in the future due to the excessive use. 2. Knobs not easy to read - slight raised area to indicate where it is in relation to the numbers. 3. Oven light constantly on (not very environmentally friendly).

The service I received from AO.com was 2nd to none. Communication between AO and me, the customer was first rate and delivery and time was great. The product itself had a manufacturers problem that Zanussi, I feel ,have been dragging their heels to resolve. What makes it more frustrating is that is a gas safety fault. At the present time I have a cooker that cannot be used and due to the safety fault the gas engineer had to disconnect until it can be rectified by Zanussi service engineers.
