The cooker looks good but now after just about 18 months within a month the seal on the top oven broke, grill stopped working and the door of the main oven fell off. An engineer stated the screw was not connected properly because the door should not have fallen off. Contacted manufacturer for a replacement screw told needs a new door at £200. Ordered part for grill twice sent part with wrong fittings. I would expect a cooker to last at least 5 years like previous cookers.

I bought this cooker a week ago & so far I have no complaints all I can do is praise it. Both ovens work great & grill is superb. The hob is lovely to cook on also. The size is quite big especially for being a 55cm, which is a real struggle to find a gas cooker in this size. Everything seems really strong, sturdy & efficient. I would definitely recommend it.

The product is a delight to work with and we have no complaints whatsoever, it performs exactly how it should and has made us realise how much we needed a new cooker. The Zanussi is simplicity of use itself and my family, and friends, are very happy with what it produces! I would recommend this cooker to anyone because we have found it so reliable. Long may we own it!

We are still feeling our way,especially with the electric grill which can be fierce as it is either off or fully on. Huge amount of usable space in both ovens and it is useful to use the smaller oven and save gas on most occasions

I’ve only had the cooker for a short time but everything is working as expected. The bottom oven is huge with three shelves so no problem when cooking a Sunday lunch and a large Morrison’s pizza for our monthly treat. I haven’t used the top oven yet but again it’s big and could easily hold a large joint of meat. Both ovens have an internal light when in use. The electric grill takes 2 minutes to get hot ( it’s on or off, no variation in heat) but works fine and it’s big with a big grill pan. I’d of liked a grill pan handle with it but I believe it’s common these days not to get one. The only thing I’ve found so far that I’m not happy with is the switch panel stands proud of the ring level, I’ve knocked it a few times with the frying pan when tossing the ingredients in the pan. The switches are totally different to what I’m used to. These two things are something I have to get used to. All in all it’s a great product and I hope we have many years together.

Firstly cannot fault the service from ao - we had been looking around for a cooker that was wide enough to fit in our existing space and were told this size was hard to find. We turned to the Internet and found this gem. Reasonably priced we also paid for fitting and couldn't believe we could have this done on a Sunday which was perfect meaning we didn't have to lose time from work! Delivered early the fitters were helpful and professional - no fuss at all and fully working and tested within less than half hour! All functions and safety features fully explained. The cooker is great - the electric grill is clean and quick. The cooker itself has a twin oven which means I can cook my Sunday lunch in the bottom and my cakes in the top which actually has a better cooking time than the main oven. A great safety feature is that if you put the glass cover down and have not put the hob out completely then it will automatically switch off anyway. Love this cooker and totally recommend it and so!!

I love the product very much suitable for the space I have and in excellent working order

It seems that this might be the ONLY 55cm wide cooker on the market. I have looked for others and found none. So it was this one or keep using my old one with a defective oven door(25 years of daily use had taken its toll). I really wasn't sure about this cooker, but bought it because it was my only option. I have only been using it a few days but my initial impressions are that it is a good buy. The cooker is robust and sturdy. It looks good in my kitchen. The top oven is ideal when I cook for just the two of us, the larger oven comes into its own when I am batch cooking. I have never had two ovens before so this is quite a novelty. The hob is great and the pan stands seem better than on my old cooker. The ignition system of the cooker has taken a bit of getting used to......you have to keep the knob depressed for about ten seconds......and I suppose this is a safety feature. The ovens seem to heat up well and the temperatures are even. I have not yet tried the electric grill so I cannot comment on that. Do I like the cooker? Yes I do. Is there anything I would change on it? Yes.....I would make the panel with the the knobs and the minute minder easier to clean.....not sure how but so far that is my only criticism. Despite having a lack of choice, this cooker fits the bill and the space in my kitchen.
