The service I received from AO.com was 2nd to none. Communication between AO and me, the customer was first rate and delivery and time was great. The product itself had a manufacturers problem that Zanussi, I feel ,have been dragging their heels to resolve. What makes it more frustrating is that is a gas safety fault. At the present time I have a cooker that cannot be used and due to the safety fault the gas engineer had to disconnect until it can be rectified by Zanussi service engineers.
