Bought for efficiency which it delivers on, only drawback is the cycle times are quite long but that's not an issue for me.

Lovely big tumble

This is our first ever tumble dryer, after many years debating if it's worth getting one we decided on a heat pump as I've always heard tumble dryers can shrink clothes. We have had it a week and as a family of 4 with 2 young children who get messy and wear multiple clothes a day we now have no dirty clothes in our washing baskets (we have 2 washing baskets and 3 clothes airers) we now only have 1 clothes airer for the delicate items which say they can't be tumble dried. Don't be put off by the " longer" drying time to a condenser, this has sensors which once the clothes are dry it stopped the cycle and doesn't always take the 3 hours it says it will. Definitely recommend a heat pump tumble dryer and indesit as a brand. It has a delicate feature and also a button to dry clothes at a lower temperature which I did risk some clothes which labelled as "do not tumble dry" and they haven't shrunk and dried nicely, the shirt feature is also great for my husbands shirts and they didn't even need an iron after (probably needed a slight run over with the iron to some people's standards).

Dryer has stopped working after 2 years with occasional use. The motor has gone and possibly the circuit board. Didn’t expect this after 2 years. I wouldn’t buy a heat pump dryer again as washing takes longer to dry.

Great dryer lots of different settings and the blue button sorts everything out for you and ads time if not dry enough. Easy filter cleaning and surprised at the amount of water goes in the collection tank which is also a breaker to empty. Would not hesitate to recommend this machine. Time will tell about the cost savings from our old vented dryer.

Very quiet. Seems to be good product

Had the dryer for a week now. It is efficient and quiet. It is great that it can have the removeable section for the water or you can have it piped in to the drainage. Lots of different settings and everything comes out perfect. I would definitely recommend.

Really pleased with my machine. Easy to just switch on and off it goes and it has a good 45min setting on which is what I was looking for. The 8kg capacity is good, bigger than I thought it would be.
