Takes a bit longer than the condensing tumble drier that this one is replacing. Would have liked a count down timer to give an idea of how long is left until washing is dry but as this recycles the heat it would be dependant on too many factors. Tumble drier looks good and dries well and saves money due to the heat pump.

It’s quiet and dries very well. Doesn’t heat up the space. Obviously makes some noise but a lot less than my old one which didn’t have the heat pump. Frustrating things are: 1. You don’t get a full manual and instructions, you have to hunt online for it 2. There’s no way to tell how long is each cycle running Overall I’m very pleased with it and given it ended up costing me just under £300 I’m not regretting my purchase.

We've only had the drier for a week, but initial thoughts are positive. Having switched from a vented drier to a heat pump has been a learning curve. Drying times are much longer but the clothes never feel too hot to touch, making it much more energy-efficient. There are tons of programmes available, so lots of options for each clothing type. It's quiet and requires very little set up. Overall really happy with it.

Product takes a while to get use to the different settings, but seems to work however takes a while to dry even shirts which should be quick

Great tumble dryer, quiet and doesn’t release steam to the room.

Takes longer to dry the clothes than our last condensation dryer. It is alot quieter and does not heat up the room as much. To new to assess energy efficiency. Overall like it alot quiet and good programs like the push and go feature.

Easy to install and use. Good capacity, washes the clothes ready to be dried, doesn't cost a lot to run, runs fairly quietly. Good value for money. Only had it for one month, ask me again in five years.
