    Great product at great price

    5/5
Great tumble dryer. Dries quickly. Still too early to know the impact on the energy bills, but impressed nevertheless

Nice looking product but lengthy drying times

    3/5
Only used twice so far both using the eco cotton setting. Once with wet clothes and once with partially dry clothes. The cycle for the partially dry was quick but the wet clothes took in excess of 3 hours for cupboard and only because I stopped the cycle. Not sure if sensor not working or if I was too quick to take them out. I took the clothes out immediately after and the clothes were hot. Not convinced on the saving money aspect with electricity usage if the cycle is approximately 197 mins for that setting. The machine is a little louder than my previous condenser but still acceptable. The shoe rack is a nice idea but can only be used with one pair of shoes at a time. Clothing cannot be dried at the same time if drying shoes. The machine itself looks nice and the water tray is easily accessible.

Long drying time, not dry when sensor says so

    3/5
Drying time considerably longer than normal condenser, the sensor is not helpful as it not dry when it says that it is and I have to put on for even longer. Randomly stops and bleeps, even after making sure everything is as should be (empty water tank and filters) and keeps on beeping rather than work. I have to power off at wall for 30 seconds to reset it and try again. First time I have had an I lndesit appliance, from this experience I still prefer Hotpoint.

Quiet and easy to clean tumble dryer

    5/5
Only used the tumble dryer a couple of times but it seems really good. It's very quiet when in use and is very easy to clean. Only thing could do with is more instructions on how to use.

    Super efficient

    5/5
Excellent product that is very easy to use with lots of options for drying settings. Found the push and go option to be the best. Handy shoe hanger too. We know it’s more efficient than our old dryer as the utility room is no longer hot when the dryer is on!

Overall great performance and value for money.

    5/5
Needed to replace faulty B energy rated standard condenser tumble dryer. Decided on this model as we are happy with our Indesit washing machine. Investigated heat pump technology and energy savings are significant. This A+ model is specified at 277 KWh, around 50% to our previous B rated at 561 KWh. I have proved this using my energy smart meter, uses less than half the electricity to achieve same result. Yes, the initial cost is more than the conventional condenser models but after 3 months or so should cancel this cost differential out especially with high use during winter time, thereafter huge savings on energy bills.Very easy to operate and dries clothes to perfection albeit slightly longer. Only niggle is that the bottom filter latch vibrates slightly on loose plastic hinges but this is due to the wooden floor, can be rectified with spacers. Otherwise much quieter than the previous tumble drier. Too early to comment on reliability but would definitely recommend thus far.
