Replaced the door filter three times but it wears down over time and ends up ripping clothing because of a recurring issue with the mould. Have used this for two years and tried to workaround the problem in dozens of ways and I'm convinced there's just a design floor with the door filter, so will end up having to get rid of this and replace it with a different dryer.

Started off really well but soon became awful. In the 2.5 years we’ve had this we have had an engineer out to fix it twice. Unlike previous machines I have had, the bottom filter can’t be pulled out to clean, even with regular cleaning with a brush/hoover, wet grime builds up and I have to scrape it out with difficulty. Won’t buy one like this again.

Despite really liking the sleek design of this product I was left really disappointed when it arrived faulty, ripping up anything that we put into it. My word of warning: Put an old towel in before using it with valuables! Some actual stuff i noticed while i had it: It was a bit loud and there isn't an option to fix to a drain which are 2 negatives (you can get dryers which will fix to drains in the same price range though). I give it 1 star because unfortunately I wasn't able to give another go with a replacement due to stock, so opted for a Beko one instead which has been great.

Complicated settings and doesnt give timing for drying

Needs longer after its stopped on cotton clothes are still wet when it stopes so always have to make it run longer Otherwise nice tumbel dryer

I have had to throw 2 jumpers away they came out limp and all creased. I put them on the setting for delicate just to be safe. My washing machine is a washer dryer but I never used the dryer . Only got this one because no room for line in garden. Will not be using it again

To be honest it’s got a lot of options but it’s all pointless. You just need to push the button and get it to dry your clothes not all these useless icons and unusable options. It’s a tumble drier that dries your clothes and leaves them creased. I wish I’d just gone for a cheaper more basic model not really worth all the faff.

The machine tripped out the power when it was switched on for more than about 10 min (without operating it). It's probably just an individual machine fault.
