Very easy to install, like the shoe rack option for drying your shoes. Bit slower than conventional dryers.

Plug and play, easy to use, some interesting spelling errors in the instructions manual ('dryning'), and it's already done a good job for us.

Working well so far. I found that the 'wardrobe' dry level was still a bit damp but using the wardrobe+ level works better.

I wanted to try out a "heat source" tumble dryer, because it was said to be much better for the environment. but it tuns out its significantly better for your budget also, which is logical if you consider how it works. the dryer uses a lot less electricity its basically just a fridge in reverse! most people don't realise how much a normal tumble dryer costs to run. If your tumble dryer is running one hour a day, which isn't unusual in a family these days in the winter, its equivalent to having your kettle on for an hour! take a look at your smart meter when running a heat source dryer like this - it hardly moves. Very smart move! great machine, good price.

To be honest it’s got a lot of options but it’s all pointless. You just need to push the button and get it to dry your clothes not all these useless icons and unusable options. It’s a tumble drier that dries your clothes and leaves them creased. I wish I’d just gone for a cheaper more basic model not really worth all the faff.

It was brilliant all round. The delivery came slightly late, but I was notified all the way along, so I didn't mind at all (and it was free so I can't complain). Its not too heavy and doesn't require any installation, which is soo good. I managed to receive it and get it turned on still while in my PJs The product itself is a gamechanger, it doesn't cost much to run and it's fairly quiet and does exactly what its supposed to. Highly recommended
