Brilliant tumble dryer, very quiet easy to use, good value for money, would definitely buy this brand again

Love this drier, very cheap to run compared to an old vented drier worth every penny to upgrade. I do find it annoying that it defaults to 'hanging' ready rather than 'cupboard ready' and you have to change it each time or they are still a little damp. You have to empty the water and clean the filter after pretty much every use or the efficiency drops (filters) and the water tank fills up fast. The only negative is that it is very deep. All other dimensions match normal appliances except the depth, it pokes out a lot compared to other appliances. Also don't like to push it right up against the wall as the back of the unit gets scorching hot from the heat exchanger.

What can I say about this tumble dyer other than it is wonderful. It is easy to use and low on energy consumption. I especially like the shoe rack for sports shoes to stop them bouncing around the drum. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new dryer.

Worth paying the exra over a standard dryer. Watching the smart meer, my old dryer cost abot £1.50-2.50 a loaf, and was a small load. This one is a great 7kg load and runs at a third, or less, of the cost!!

This was a replacement for one that couldn’t be repaired by AO. They dealt with everything quickly and professionally. I love the heat pump tumble dryer and wouldn’t go back to vented again. This even has a light inside! I’m easily pleased. This is a good machine and I think it dries better than other ones I’ve used.

Despite really liking the sleek design of this product I was left really disappointed when it arrived faulty, ripping up anything that we put into it. My word of warning: Put an old towel in before using it with valuables! Some actual stuff i noticed while i had it: It was a bit loud and there isn't an option to fix to a drain which are 2 negatives (you can get dryers which will fix to drains in the same price range though). I give it 1 star because unfortunately I wasn't able to give another go with a replacement due to stock, so opted for a Beko one instead which has been great.

Full disclosure, I have only used this Dryer 3 times so far.. But I have been happy with the results each toime, I have done one load of towels, another of bedding & towels and one of clothes. Used the eco dry program each time and the cycle has ran shorter than expected and each time items have come out dry, no moisture remains at all. I clean filter and empty water tank after each cycle. So far very happy with results and glad I spent the extra on a heat pump model.
