I have been using this machine for a few months and there is a recurring problem. The rubber door seal is VERY wide, much wider than previous machines I have owned, consequently laundry pods get stuck on the seal and do not dissolve during the wash. I have now had to buy liquid detergent with a dosing ball as the pods are useless in this machine.

Washing capabilities are very good - but the drying functions are questionable. You have little control over the drying time or heat exposure and having read the manual to ensure I used the correct setting, was totally frustrated and disappointed when the dryer totally ruined a brand new set of towels - they now crunch. Machine returned.

I have left a review of the product already, it is not as good as I though it would be based on reviews I read, but it is a very good washer and dryer and it is Bosch.

I was surprised when I first put my machine to work; After reading so many good reviews I though that was the moment to change my washing machine for one that dries also, so I didn't have to keep clothes hanging around. Well, this machine is like a train in my kitchen(I nick named it the Orient Express), it even whistles. wash and dry 1kg of light cotton in one hour, but if there is a towel in the mix, no way. It was install by AO personnel, so I suppose it is well installed and it can shake, 1400 spin shakes a lot although 1000 is fine, the noise is loud, and the spin alone does not do much. I, so far, do not believe I will love this washer and dryer so much to repeat my purchase, having said that it is my first washer and dryer and they all maybe be the same loud and not so efficient as washing machine only. Only time will tell.

Seems to do the job it's designed for. I particularly like the option wash for a shorter length of time and the option to dry for a time I specify.

Good machine so far but could be more flexible in drying options and would have been better if it had a different dial for drying.

Good machine, nice and quiet. It's a bit deeper than my last washer, so be careful to measure before purchasing.

Everything about this washer dryer is great, just that it’s not as quiet as it promises to be. Maybe we need to make it more level, but I still don’t see how it can be super quiet.
