I have been using this machine for a few months and there is a recurring problem. The rubber door seal is VERY wide, much wider than previous machines I have owned, consequently laundry pods get stuck on the seal and do not dissolve during the wash. I have now had to buy liquid detergent with a dosing ball as the pods are useless in this machine.

A great machine, quiet, easy to use. The dryer is much better than on my old one.

So far I am very pleased with my new washer dryer. It takes bit of time to get to know all settings but overall I am very happy. Dryer is very good,just give it a couple of minutes before take it out the washing. Thank you for delivery and the team setting machine. Thank you AO.com you never let me down with all my purchases.

It's very good for the price - instructions a bit hard to follow to begin with

Easy to use and fantastic 15 mins wash and 45 mins too. You can actually adjust the time on the dryer in 20 minute increments which I could never do on my old machine. It's so quiet too, didn't realise it was on.

This machine is simple and straightforward to use. The drying programme is very long and on the few occasions i did use it ,the clothes were still very slightly damp so i tumble dried them again for a short while . Nice and quiet machine
