Machine was faulty

The product might well be good and we’ll find out second time around but this is more a gripe about AO. We were sent a faulty machine which failed on day one. We then had to wait for it to be assessed by an engineer before a replacement was authorised. By the time the next one is delivered, we’ll have been without a washing machine for two weeks.
To be fair, once it was assessed as faulty there was no hassle from AO in agreeing to supply a replacement. But that it taking a week and it has to be said that the process is very much on their terms.
