This replaced two old 15y/o machines. Big improvement, quieter, more energy efficient. Drys quicker than our tumble dryer and if just doing a wash the washed items come out drier than our old machine.

Good, product and actually dries clothing! Just don’t overload the dryer and does exactly as expected.

It looks smart and is much quieter than my old washer/dryer. Wish the instructions were more focused...we couldn't get it to zero the weight for example. I've got used to setting up for various wash dry cycles and it seems very efficient and does all I need. The dryer in particular works well with my heavy bedding and towels.

Honestly it's fantastic, shows good time indication of how long it will take, washing comes out smelling lovely and clean. Dryer is good The tune is plays when finished make my daughter Giggle which is always good.

So far its good. It makes a bit more noise on the spin cycle than expected.

I like it and it seems easy to use .I did think the first time I used it the clothes felt wettish and not as spun as well as my old machine . But second time it seemed fine . Only had it a few weeks hence 4

So far so good, good build quality and performance. I am used to the the general lay out of the controls from previous Samsung Washing machine which is still running well after 5 years. The winner for me on the product is the 5 year warranty that Samsung provide which is included in the purchase price!
