Fantastic machine, amazing how paying a couple hundred pounds more improves it so much. Quick washes and comes out dryer than when we had a Hoover with the same spin. Factor in 5 years warranty and it makes that little bit extra more worth while!

Only had it a few days, did a wash and cloths come out virtually dry.

A fine well made and quiet washing machine that produces good results. It does have rather a lot of features, some might say too many, and the lengthy handbook isn't as good at explaining them as it should be. I would have liked better explanation of the drying options, e.g. five hour cycles must be rather expensive and it would be good to have a simple guide how to reduce them.

Sofar very happy extremely quiet machine

Brilliant washer / dryer, purchased to replace our old faithfull Samsung washer / dryer which we have had until the bearings went after 12 years of faithfull service. Would highly recommend Samsung washer / dryer for its excellent washing cycle and long service.

Great washer drier quiet and good drum size. Just what we needed.

The Samsung washer /dryer does exactly what the write-up says it will do. So good to have more space in the kitchen. While the product is excellent, so were the two people delivering and installing it. Well done !
