This product is one to not buy, I have brought though AO, and 3 weeks later I still waiting to get replacement. Samsung are really bad, admin are not able to do anything.I called after using once and dryer had an error message. Engineer arrived week later and jammed up the machine and not been able to use since. Samsung admin seen to be out of UK and are useless, after 7+ calls still no replacement. They seem to unable to be any help.This has meant I have spent about 5 hours on the phone trying to get some one to sort me out. So a sorry review. AO seem to be helpful (Alex ) still trying to sort.

Purchased this based off reviews that it was super quiet, ours is horrifically noisy, the noisiest washing machine I've ever used. Really difficult trying to get the manufacturer or AO to do anything about it. Very frustrating.

Water doesn't clear from the drum after a wash.

Good choice of programs but VERY noisy on spin cycle. Had to call the engineer out to it but was told there is no issues with it !! - not really happy with it but as I cannot return it will just have to put up with it and go for a more better make next time. At least it comes with 5 yrs warranty so i think the engineer will be visiting often.

It's OK so far

Disappointed that it doesn't have mixed load where you can mix coloured and white washing together. Tunes are annoying also. I dont like the dark look on the front of the drum. Ao charge you extra if you need it delivered earlier than a week! used to do that many years ago when i bought my last washer/dryer 6 years earlier. If you use 1400rpm, makes a hell of a noise.

Appears to wash clothes quickly and efficiently. BUT, the beeps and tunes when selecting ANYTHING, drives you mad!! Plus, if you set a delay wash, and then touch anything (even pause to add something, then un-pause) the run WILL FAIL. Never remembers the previous wash settings, so always have to change everything for every run. I cannot believe in these environmental times, that the DEFAULT wash is 40-60°C!! Too much technology, not enough common sense.

Not as amazing as the reviews say. I was looking mostly for reliability after 3 years of hell and 3 replacement machines with Beko (not via AO I just say). Overall I wish I’d paid more for sensor drying so that’s my bad. Should be ok though with 5 yr warranty.
