Sorting out a simple error.....

This item arrived on Thursday 7th without the movable shelves shown in the user manual. It was the afternoon of Friday 8th before I managed to get in touch with an AO rep via webchat. I attempted to explain how it was missing the rigid wire, plastic-coated shelves. The rep ( "Adam") couldn't seem to understand what I was talking about and kept going on about GLASS shelves. Any fridge I've seen has WIRE shelves- two usually.
Now (a week later) I have had a refund of £20, but still haven't got my shelves. They're supposed to arrive by Tuesday. I've been phoned several times by AO staff.
The shelves should have been sent out Friday, and therefore should have received them by LAST Tuesday ( the 12th).
The latest solution offered by AO is that if I haven't taken delivery of the shelves by Tuesday coming, they'll swop the one I have for another, new one- and I'll check it has shelves before the delivery men leave, you bet!
