This is an excellent fridge apart from it only has one interior shelf, and the flex was too short to reach the socket, so our lovely new fridge is currently being run from an extension lead, as getting the flex lengthened will negate the warranty.

Works for what I need. Good do with a bit more freezer space but it was always going to be a compromise

This item arrived on Thursday 7th without the movable shelves shown in the user manual. It was the afternoon of Friday 8th before I managed to get in touch with an AO rep via webchat. I attempted to explain how it was missing the rigid wire, plastic-coated shelves. The rep ( "Adam") couldn't seem to understand what I was talking about and kept going on about GLASS shelves. Any fridge I've seen has WIRE shelves- two usually. Now (a week later) I have had a refund of £20, but still haven't got my shelves. They're supposed to arrive by Tuesday. I've been phoned several times by AO staff. The shelves should have been sent out Friday, and therefore should have received them by LAST Tuesday ( the 12th). The latest solution offered by AO is that if I haven't taken delivery of the shelves by Tuesday coming, they'll swop the one I have for another, new one- and I'll check it has shelves before the delivery men leave, you bet!

Needed a small fridge with a small freezer compartment, was a little more than I wanted to pay but glad I did. It’s perfect. Delivery was faultless by AO. Will be my first choice of supplier in future.

The fridge works perfectly well and it was easy to change the door so it opens to the left. The only things I don’t like are the plastic moulding which overhangs the recesses of the door openers. It gets in the way a bit. Also the salad crisper and door shelves feel brittle and cheap. It’s good for the price though.

We wanted auto defrost and a freezer compartment so there wasn't much choice and this had the lowest energy consumption. The lower electricity bill relative to its elderly predecessor should pay for the new Beko in around three years. Everything works as expected.

Well where do I start ? So in this time of energy crisis I wanted something more economical to run, and this is it. Its a under counter fridge with ice box, and it brightens my kitchen up nicely, open opening the sturdy door (which can be adjusted to left or right opening),you are greeted with great lighting, the ice box at the top is a good size and the door to it is a nice snug fit so it keeps the ice in the ice box and not outside of it. The middle of the fridge you have one glass shelf that slides into any of the three slots to adjust to your liking, and at the bottom you have a long salad and vegetable compartment draw covered with a half glass shelf, so creating another large bottom shelf. The thermostat has 1-5 settings on a easy adjustable knob. The fridge runs so quiet and I've found setting the thermostat at two and a half is more than cold enough. The fridge has a rating of E, but I would of said better than that as I've been monitoring the electric use and it's saving me a £1.00 a day on electric compared to my old fridge, so it will pay for its self in a year, no brainer.

Product is working as advertised. The two stars acknowledges this but reflects a lower rating because the first fridge sent by ao was badly dented (so much so the legs wouldn't stand on the ground) It was delivered in pristine unbranded wrapping. Why would any self respecting organisation wrap an obviously damaged item. The second delivered fridge is fine but arrived in a branded box. Ao did not apologise and will not refund me the £20 charge they made for the next day delivery of the damaged fridge. Best of luck if you wish to do business with ao but I won't be repeating my mistake.
