Overall good but with one major problem - the door is very hard to open due, I believe, to the door magnetic strip having magnets that are too strong. Some say it's door suction but I don't think so. I'm surprised Indesit sell the product with this degree of problem.

The freezer seems to have a smaller capacity than expected. The door was damaged . An engineer was booked and a new door fitted but the door was worse than the first door. Another appointment has been made has not yet been fitted. The door is stiff to open and the drawers seem narrow. The engineer explained the sides are wider to accommodate triple A rating. We wouldn’t buy another Indesit

We had a bumper crop of fruit and veg in the garden this year and needed a second freezer to cope with it all. This is a mid price freezer with a good report from Which? We ordered it from ao and set it up, changing the hand of the door. That was a bit of a challenge! All working well and very satisfied with the product.

Replacement for similar indesit freezer. Very good features freezes down very quickly nice draw arrangement, only slight issue is open very difficult to open guess think it has magnets as it was same when switched off so not just freezer vacuum.

This freezer is a size that suits us very well. The door has a strong seal which means little children can open it.

Good quality as expected but someone really needs to provide an accurate instruction manual. The one provided coveres all models and many of the features described are not available with this model. Would it be so difficult to produce a model specific manual? Even the one page 'Quick Guide' is incorrect! The freezer itself is a good product. I only remove a star due to the rubbish manual!
