Apart from the initial set up, I plugged it in and expected it to go cold, yet 24 hours later it wasn’t cold when I realised that there was an on/off button on the display at the top of the freezer, leaving me feeling a little silly. Product itself it very spacious and suits our purpose perfectly. Frees up space in our kitchen from the chest freezer we previously had and much easier to see the contents.

Still only in the first few days, but we are very happy with the product. The delivery went well,although when the freezer was unloaded, the handle was broken. The delivery team brought it to our attention, and also contacted their office to report it. We were promised that a replacement would be delivered next day. It was safely delivered and installed next day as promised. The team were very helpful, and we were very satisfied with the service and the Freezer

The freezer seems to have a smaller capacity than expected. The door was damaged . An engineer was booked and a new door fitted but the door was worse than the first door. Another appointment has been made has not yet been fitted. The door is stiff to open and the drawers seem narrow. The engineer explained the sides are wider to accommodate triple A rating. We wouldn’t buy another Indesit

Overall good but with one major problem - the door is very hard to open due, I believe, to the door magnetic strip having magnets that are too strong. Some say it's door suction but I don't think so. I'm surprised Indesit sell the product with this degree of problem.

She is a beauty!!! We have always had a chest freezer, with it's nightmare ordeal of getting food squidged on top of each other, and a few dead peas stuck at the bottom. Our new girl is great, you can see what you have, OCD crazy with what goes in what drawer, and they are big drawers to! Couldn't be happier!

Nice change from the chest freezer. Didn't loom as large in our kitchen as we feared. In fact it's a good size Only reason it didn't get 5 stars is because changing the door over to open the other way ended up being a two hour exercise. Some of the slots in the metal frame didn't line up neatly with the holes the screws were supposed to go into.

Very pleased with size and style of freezer. Three good size trays and 2 drop down shelves and I like the extra features.

Good value for money. Very large capacity. Frost free is excellent and very quiet when running. Simple controls. Very very pleased with it
