Happy with the freezer but the instructions are ambiguous. They talk about high and low temperatures but do not identify whether they are talking about room or freezer temperature, so it's a lottery. We're experimenting currently with having it set to high when its hot outside, and turning it to low when the temperature drops. No idea if this is correct, but it's annoying thinking I might be using more energy than necessary in these difficult times. if this doesn't appear to work we'll reverse it.

Absolutely fantastic freezer. Its got all you could ever want its a self defrost and the top two shelves fold down and are not drawers which means there are no problems with opening at high level and looking in from the top. Its a good looking one and with the economy at the moment its got very good power ratings. The drawers have window like ends so you can see in, i do believe this freezer will pay for itself within 2 years as its more economic and so saves the planet.

It is absolutely lovely product

Excellent freezer at a decent price. Fast freeze settings is amazing and saved our food from defrostibg. It is quiet when running and a week later is still remaining frost free. It has good storage capacity and you can organise it well.

Great freezer. I was looking for a model whose door opened within the width of the freezer and this one definitely does.
