Operates satisfactorily but dreadful instructions, also the details on how to change from left to tight hand hinge are totally unclear and confusing.

Very flimsy. You need to be careful opening the door as sometimes it feels like you are pulling the whole freezer. The doors and drawers are very brittle plastic with the door catches not being up for the intended use - these broke within the first 48 hours of using the freezer

Nice looking at a distance but the overall design is flawed. The hinges poke out at the top and looks ugly. The unit has LED indicators to show status of operations. Sadly you have to open the door to see them, they should put the LEDs on the outside. (They are hidden because of the bad door design). If something is wrong you will never know about it. The temperature controls are useless, the unit always just freezes to the maximum ~-20c. Why they didn't just put a dial to control temp I'll never know. You have the ability to re-hang the door to suit. They use security screws and fail to give you the tools to do this. There was a mix of screw types making a simple job difficult or impossible.

Product is good but been delivered damaged. Bent one side.

Not 100% happy with it but ok fir a second freezer. Shelves inside quite flimsy and the door takes some opening!

Excellent product - it seems you can always rely on Indesit, or that is what l have found. Like a lot of other's though l wish the top two shelves were not drop down flaps but like the other shelves. The flap hinges tend to be flimsy & you do have to be careful. I know it is probably easier for anyone who is a bit shorted but don't think it helps them to that degree. Also l would like an internal light but beggars can't be chooses!

This is good value for money when compared to others of a similar size. I think it would be better with all drawers, the top two sections have a hinged cover instead. Not had it long enough to try all the features yet but so far so good and plenty of room for a family of four.

Working very well at the moment plenty of room for storage we keep the freezer in out garage ,just what we needed at a good price .
