All right so far. There is an issue with one of the glass shelf supports, but call to Hotpoint was quick and easy and engineer is coming tomorrow

Looks good and does the job. Easy to access the shelves. The door seal is very good.

Large freezer, good drawers only problem the door is quite hard to open

Very good freezer,one observation is the insulation is much thicker and better than the freezer it replaced,so allow for the smaller interior with the same outside dimensions, it is a very quiet and seemingly efficient machine.

The freezer is well made and nicely finished. It is virtually silent in operation and reaches and holds temperature very efficiently. Also the control panel is easy to understand. Drawers are sturdy and well sized.

Very impressed with the service and products. Excellent after sales support.
