a very smart freezer and good value and after having it just 4 days all seems to be working well and it is very quiet. the only criticism i have is that the door seal is ultra strong and therefore everytime you open and close the door the freezer moves slightly and because there are no spacers on the back of the freezer you have to regularly check that is sufficient distance from the wall. order and delivery from AO was very smooth indeed.

The product looks good, matches the Fridge we ordered a few months ago. But we have not pugged it in yet to see how it all works. Its not pugged in yet because of the following, and the fact that we cannot use it until the door is changed as it bocks entry to the freezer in its current position. I was disappointed that although the door was advertised as reservable, there was no option on line to have this done by yourselves. I assumed that as I had paid an installation fee that it would be covered by this but alas! on delivery we were told this was not the case. So at the moment it is standing un-plugged and waiting for me to find someone to reverse the door! very frustrating.

A great upright freezer with plenty of space and lots of shelves. It is great to be able to organise everything after living too long and with a chest freezer that became a dumping ground!

I bought this freezer because it has similar dimensions to our 20 year old model but uses less electricity and comes at what seems a reasonable price. I've compared the two over a couple of weeks with a Kw/h meter and it looks like the new freezer will save about £100 a year so pay for itself in about 4 years. Its slightly less roomy inside but that's because its better insulated. It's made in Turkey and I also wanted to buy European and not Chinese.

It is too soon to report on reliability but I do like the appearance of the freezer, especially that the two higher compartments have drop-down fronts instead of drawers - it is easier to see what is inside. It does seem strange to have the alarm lights inside the freezer where they cannot be seen, but I trust that has been researched.

Love the look of my new upright freezer and the clear doors inside make it easy to sort. There is a removable glass shelf mid way which enables you to add big items into the freezer if required. I love the temperature display and the fact it is self defrosting.

The top shelf is slightly restricted but overall a good performer. The frost free is perfect and rollers at the back of the unit make installation easy. Plastic drawers are a bit fragile so don’t be heavy handed
