The roller brushes stopped working after a few weeks. Received a replacement, and the same happened again. I think this isa very poor quality product. Sorry to have to say that. AO handled the replace ments very well indeed. I was impressed with their sevice.

Good for the price but not great on carpet. Although there is a setting on the bottom, maybe I haven’t found the right one for the carpet yet!

I bought this vacuum and it very good to use, weight is fine ,picking up dog hair really good and great price. Yes l would recommend this one, bought a hoover vacuum and ended up putting it in the shed.

Great lightweight vacuum

Really ideal hoover. Cleans up all everything, the only problem is on stairs it can be a bit clunky to carry around. However I really can't complain much about this hoover, highly recommend it. Literally, hoovers everything up.

I love it! So light weight and much quieter than my last few hoovers - I wasn’t expecting that. My cats just stare at it now rather than running a mile from the noise. The extra long cable is fantastic as in a long house it’s easy to plug in one place and go rather than having to stop mid vacuum. The suction is brilliant and it’s very easy to assemble. I love being able to adjust the height on the handle too, to be the right level for my height. Definitely worth every penny.
