Good value vacuum cleaner. Its light enough to carry up and down stairs. I really like the long lead as i can carry on into the hallway and stairs.

Would prefer to give to zero. Worst vacuum cleaner ever. Every few pushes the hoover part at the bottom flicks up and locks into place so you have to put it upright and use your foot to flick it back down again. The hose is really short - can’t do a flight of stairs. When wanting to use the hose it is fiddly to get it out and use the attachments. It’s really loud.

Delighted so far with this product which has replaced an old Dyson vacuum. Cleaner is comparatively lightweight, has a long lead, and is easy to manoeuvre and has great suction. Best of all using my AO membership I got it a great price and quick delivery. What's not to like.
