Bought this to replace my 20 year old Dyson, as it was an awful lot cheaper. It does have great suction, and a lovely long cable. But the hose for extending its reach has to be connected each time, and the tools are cheap and stiff to use. Great product for the money, but it's not a 'joy to use' like my old Dyson. AO excelled in next day delivery on a Sunday, with an unblemished box.

Great Vacuum so far. Really pleased with everything about it & the fact I received it less than 24 hours after placing order with AO. Wonderful service once again from them.
