This printer connected to my wifi easily however getting it to pair to my phone or laptop was impossible. The message from the HP software you have to download was my HP laptop wasn't compatible. My fault - should have read the reviews before I bought it.

Don't bother, I haven't even had this printer 2 months and I've had no end of issues with it. Complete waste of money and time.

Impossible to setup without the use of a Windows computer. Steadfastly refused to link to our WiFi router eventually had to setup through ethernet cable via Windiws computer. Once setup it works great.

Nice little machine but extremely difficult to set up. Even though we had downloaded the drivers it refused to print and kept advising that the driver was unavailable. This went on and on and then it printed parts of pages so we wasted a lot of paper. Hopefully we have got it working now but it has been turned off now in frustration so we will try again tomorrow.

Excellent looking little all in one printer. Really neat and tucks away when not in use.

The power cable is a very loose fit in the printer. Trying to resolve this is proving tricky. The virtual help doesn't understand the problem.

For the price it's a good printer. I found that we went through the ink in 175 pages.

Very fiddly to set up & wouldn't let me just use the cable from my previous hp printer/scanner & must be set up with WiFi, also this is advertised as a printer/scanner but appears you need a smart phone & take a picture of the document you want to scan !!, this appears to me to be false advertising as my old hp had a built in scanner bed .... over all I don't think I will be buying a hp again & will give another make a try
