Zero rating for this. Faulty item, how can a hob discolour after two uses! Tried calling AO and Neff and not got anywhere. The stainless steel is really rubbish quality or it’s just a faulty item. My old Becko was better than this and was a fraction of the price. Disappointed with Neff and AO

We bought this gas hob thinking we'd be buying into quality- not at all. The stainless steel is easily scratched and stained and after a few weeks careful use small scratches and stains have appeared. The overall standard of construction feels cheap and lightweight. Although the supports are cast iron and look and feel good the actual burners are thin aluminium and don't appear to be good quality. Controls are good and easy to use but difficult to clean. Altogether a real disappointment- No more Neff equipment for us. If we could send it back we would.

For my new kitchen worktops - haven't actually used it yet, so can't give it 5 stars but it looks great, arrived undamaged as far as we can see. Delivery was great. AO was the only place I could buy it now - else where there was a 12+ week wait

Just installed it yesterday...very powerful hubs. Food gets heated much quicker than previous cooker.

I love this product. Have always wanted a gas hob. However the flame is still too hot. I would also prefer to turn the burner off at the lowest level and not the hottest. Otherwise this product is brilliant and easy to use and clean.

Excellent in every way. Not cheap, but worth every penny. Great heating and flexibility. The best hob I have ever used.
