I love this product. Have always wanted a gas hob. However the flame is still too hot. I would also prefer to turn the burner off at the lowest level and not the hottest. Otherwise this product is brilliant and easy to use and clean.

Got this 5 burner gas hob for the family home. Couldn't have selected anything more perfect. The biggest burner one one side makes it possible.to use atleast three burner at the same time. Even though it was bigger than what I already had, we didn't have to cut rhe worktop! It just fitted perfectly in the slot. The delivery was also so well organized, I was able to track and the driver called in before arriving at the address. Overall very pleased with the purchase; from help with selecting the hob, making the online order, Paying online and delivery.

We bought this gas hob thinking we'd be buying into quality- not at all. The stainless steel is easily scratched and stained and after a few weeks careful use small scratches and stains have appeared. The overall standard of construction feels cheap and lightweight. Although the supports are cast iron and look and feel good the actual burners are thin aluminium and don't appear to be good quality. Controls are good and easy to use but difficult to clean. Altogether a real disappointment- No more Neff equipment for us. If we could send it back we would.

Perfect product from Neff, a well established company. 5 burners is perfect for the heavy cooking we do at home, and spacing of the burners are much better with the wok burner on the side, so that there is enough space for the other pans. Love the flameselect function! Perfect fire size every time!

Item not been installed yet . But just want to say it’s been a great and efficient service . I like the way each product is displayed online - very easy to understand and compare products . Very polite and helpful on the phone too

Just installed it yesterday...very powerful hubs. Food gets heated much quicker than previous cooker.
