Bought this cooker a few weeks ago and loved the look better than I remembered when buying it way back in March . It fits perfect in our kitchen , so that evening cooked our first meal in two ovens only for it to burn how disappointing . When investigating further both the ovens would not regulate meaning it was staying on high continuously. Phoned A O and they then gave me the contact details of stoves . Stoves came out on the Wednesday meaning we had takeaways from Saturday until Wednesday so much for our new cooker . The cooker needed two new thermostats for both ovens ... unacceptable

- Shelves in the main oven are flimsy. Grill pan handle has to be bought separately!! Have to keep holding button to light the gas + pan holders are nice and sturdy

Just what you expect from Stoves cooker is truly brilliant just what I wanted. Looking forward to the many hours cooking. The cooling fan is fab idea to keep the controls cool.

We needed to replace our old cooker and were undecided on which model/manufacturer to chose. We decided on the Stoves Sterling and I can honestly say we were not disappointed. We have only been using it for a week and so far it's been great, looks fantastic too.

Absolutely love my new cooker. Looks very stylish and works very good. Love the small oven also great for smaller portions and the larger oven is very spacious to. Overall I love it . Best cooker I have had . Would recommend this to anyone and everyone

Our new cooker was delivered and installed by AO who also took away our old appliance. The stove functions well and is clearly made of high quality materials. Unfortunately the glass lid is broken and does not extend fully backwards and clunks loudly when it is replaced downwards. AO take no responsibility for this and we are now waiting to arrange a visit from a Stove’s engineer to see if they can fix it. Not ideal with family due to visit soon and Christmas dinner looming!
