This was a good looking cooker but failed to deliver. From day one both oven cavities would not stay lit. I had three engineer visits and the problem could not be solved. Whilst I still had the cooker I had to check at every 5 minutes to see if the oven was still on (the same for both ovens). Also, when either of the ovens were on the control knobs became so hot that you needed oven gloves to touch them. The control knobs were very difficult to clean. One of the engineers advised that they needed to be regularly removed and all the bits separated to be cleaned in order to prevent any sticking. In addition, lighting the hob needed two hands as you have to hold in and turn the control knob whilst pressing the ignition button. Overall it was a very disappointing experience and a great relief when I was refunded and able to change the cooker for a different make (Cannon) which has proved to be better in very respect.

Couldn't believe how much better than my last cooker my new Stoves STERLING600G is. Easy to use good safety features and looks lovely too. Only downside is the timer alarm is not loud enough.

Bought this cooker a few weeks ago and loved the look better than I remembered when buying it way back in March . It fits perfect in our kitchen , so that evening cooked our first meal in two ovens only for it to burn how disappointing . When investigating further both the ovens would not regulate meaning it was staying on high continuously. Phoned A O and they then gave me the contact details of stoves . Stoves came out on the Wednesday meaning we had takeaways from Saturday until Wednesday so much for our new cooker . The cooker needed two new thermostats for both ovens ... unacceptable

From the initial search for a cooker right through to delivery and fitting we received nothing but 5* service from a o , very very satisfied

The picture doesn’t do this cooker the justice it deserves. Absolutely fabulous to cook on and it looks amazing.

The first cooker that arrived looked like a seconds . The handles were rusty , the oven seal had come away and the side at bottom was sticking out. I called ao straight away , emailed the pictures of the cooker to them and a replacement was arranged straight away for the following week. The replacement was a lot better but it was just a pain having to take another day off work to wait for the replacement. Also no offer of a goodwill gesture either for the inconvenience caused.

Best cooker ever had !well worth the money looks expensive too! Grill great as it’s electric and also acts as gas oven too

We ordered this cooker because Stoves have a good reputation. It certainly doesn't disappoint. It looks well built and stylish. Not had much time to use it yet, but what we have used works well. Looking forward to cooking Christmas dinner on it this year!
